Our history
Managing Director Suela Hähnlein started out in 2003 as a sole trader in the financial sector and has continued to develop her skills. As a result, she can now successfully use her expertise for her customers in the insurance, financing, investment and, finally, in the core business of recent years in the real estate sector.
In addition to his 40 years of professional experience in the construction sector, Kurt Hähnlein also impresses with his successful further training as an architectural draughtsman. In recent years, this has enabled him to successfully complete individual projects in the field of new construction and conversion of single-family homes to the complete satisfaction of the clients.
The passion and the intertwining of the two professions led to the founding of Hähnlein Group GmbH in order to be able to offer its customers all services in the areas of finance and construction from a single source.
In addition to its activities in Germany, the Hähnlein Group can also provide companies from Germany with new investment and production facilities thanks to its business connections in Albania, the country where Suela Hähnlein was born.
